- Bank transfer:
Payment by credit card via email. You will receive an email with a unique link,

Payment by invoice from a natural or legal person.
- The client has the right to refuse to execute this contract or booked and confirmed services when
the condition of payment by the company of the actual expenses incurred by it for the implementation of the tourist service ordered
customer.
- The amount of the reservation is 50% of the total cost of the tour. The second part is paid no later than 30
calendar days before the start of the tour. The amount of armor is non-refundable. The cost of the tour is non-refundable
in full, if less than 30 calendar days are left before the start of the tour.
- The exceptions are trips to countries with a visa regime. In these cases, the decision to return the money
funds are accepted taking into account the documents confirming the refusal to issue a visa. Documents must be
provided to the travel agent no later than 30 calendar days before the start of the tour.
- If the tour did not take place due to cancellation by the travel agent, the cost of the tour will be refunded
in full.
- It is not possible to refund money for transfer tickets provided and redeemed by a travel agent
according to the tour program (domestic flights and transfers).
- The cost of insurance is non-refundable.
- Non-standard cases of return and exchange of services are discussed individually with the company's management.
- Documents for a tour (a contract for the provision of services, insurance) are provided personally to the client
just before the tour (at the airport).
- The client has the right to request documents in electronic form for preliminary review and signing.
- In case of purchasing a gift certificate for a tourist trip, the certificate delivery service is valid until
specified address. The service is individual and is specified with the company's management.
