Can children travel with us?
Sure. Based on your request, we will come up with a program that suits you. If you want to spend more time with children, we will prepare activities suitable for everyone, and if necessary, we will select animators who will be with children, and at this time you will have a separate program.
How long can my trip be?
Private escape is tailored exclusively for you - it can be a weekend, a couple of weeks - whatever works for you. We are ready to design any travel solution for you.
How long in advance do I have to book the trip?
If the trip is linked to the big celebrations or events, we recommend booking it 2-3 months in advance. For your summer vacations, it’s better to book in March. However, it does depend on a location, so contact us if you hesitate about the timing.

I have booked a trip on my own. Can you help me organize the activities?
We work with turnkey travel. However, you can leave your request, and we will consider the options and offer them to you for approval. And in the future, you will definitely want to book everything through us.
Will TRVL representatives accompany me on a trip?
We always try to include a personal escort from the company on the trip, but if the format is different, there will definitely be a local guide (who speaks the language you need), as well as, if desired, a photographer or videographer, a cook and a babysitter.
I need help with visas, travel documents, etc.
We will be happy to recommend our partners to help you solve any issues related to traveling around the world! We will also develop and send you a memo on the documents.
Is there anything else extra that I can get?
Absolutely any services that are within the law 🙂 Flights, transfers, yachts, helicopters, car rental with or without a driver, any excursion, booking a table in a restaurant, buying flowers – anything! Just write to your travel designer and ask them to include an additional service in your trip.

Refund
- The Client may refuse to perform this contract or the booked and confirmed services provided that the company has paid the expenses actually incurred by it in performing the tourist service ordered by the Client.
- The booking amount is 50% of the total cost of the tour. The second part is paid no later than 30 calendar days before the start of the tour. The booking amount is non-refundable. The travel cost is not fully refunded if less than 30 calendar days are left before the trip.
- The exceptions are travel to countries with visa regime. In these cases, the decision to refund funds is made on the basis of documents confirming the refusal to issue a visa. Documents must be submitted to the travel agency no later than 30 calendar days before the tour starts.
- If the trip was not made due to cancellation of the travel agent, the cost of the trip is fully refunded.
- No refund for transfer tickets provided and purchased by the tour operator in accordance with the tour program (domestic flights and transfers).
- The cost of insurance is not reimbursable.
- Non-standard cases of return and exchange services are discussed individually with the company management.
Delivery methods
- Documents for travel (service contract, insurance) are handed to the customer personally before travel (at the airport).
- The customer has the right to request documents in digital form for preliminary review and signature.
- When purchasing a travel gift certificate, the service of delivering the certificate to the specified address is available.
